• Professional design (new design, drawing and changing of original-model) in its own design studio
• Graphical software is used for designation. Models for making changes are accepted in Adobe Illustrator,

The internal quality control system proves the high quality of products manufactured by Artpak. Quality control of end products is conducted in two stages:

During printing:

• Conformity of used materials described in a task
• Conformity of a standard sample to be circulated with color and content
• Lack of any defects, and the level of their acceptability
• Conformity of the label sizes described in the task
• Scanning of bar codes
• Combination colors
• Combination of beam cutter
• Superficies of foil blocking
• Foil adhesion
• Adhesion of colors to materials
• Quality and size of edges
• Quality of anti-adhesive substrates
• Quality of lamination (lack of defects, power of adhesion)

After uncoiling, each uncoiled roller is checked against:

• Conformity of labels on the external circulation of a roller confirmed in circulation of a sample
• Сconformity of the roller sizes described in a task
• Conformity of sizes and quality of thimbles
• Conformity of edges described in the task
• Conformity of labeling of rollers
• Quality of packaging
• Conformity of labeling of packaging

Used standards: TS 9570-001-81712294-2008, manual for internal quality control, completed according to individual demands of customers.

An internal control should also be performed for any used raw materials.

After printing, the following completion stages will be followed:

• Rewinding, cutting and calculation by using the equipment of RotoFlex, SMART, CDS, Soma, Kampf companies.Packaging and shipping of products.
• The products will be shipped by packaging in stretch films and corrugated boxes.
